The concrete pad is not shown, as this is a show building.

Upon your order we will supply building instructrions and drawings.

The concrete floor (concrete floor not always needed) and foundations can be poured in one hit.

The concrete floor is left plain and the foundation bolts are installed once the building is up.

The side sheets are designed to run 25mm past the concrete floor level to ensure a rain-proof seal.

We offer a delivery service to suit your access requirements and at a time to suit your daily schedule.

After taking delivery of your building (normally 4 weeks from deposit) it is time to lay it out!

Start by laying out the side columns and attaching the rails and eaves beam.

Clad the sides on the ground ensuring all of the items are square.

Fit the gutters and down-pipes to the side sheets.

Simply lift the sides upright and suitably brace them in their respective positions.

Make up the rafters on the floor.

Lift the rafters into position and join them to the columns.

You may wish to bolt the columns down to the floor at this stage

Fit the purlins between the rafters and start with the roof cladding operation.

Fit the end columns / door-posts and rails.

Clad the gable ends of the buildings, cutting off the excess sheets above the roof line.

Cover all the cut edges with colour coded flashings and fit the filler pieces to prevent draughts

To finish off the building simply fit the roller doors and admire your accomplishment !
